Re: Effective September 30, 2023, IBM will no longer provide fixes for the following IBM Developer Kit for Java for release 7

Oracle stopped updating Java 7 in July of 2015.
There's "preserving your investment", and then again, there's "clinging to
the floating spar and waving off the lifeboat" :)
