Will Java 21 make it to IBM i 7.5?

I see Java 21 is out now for IBM i 7.6.  Will it make it to IBM i 7.5 to
allow for a smoother transition for vendor packages migrating from Java 11
(which doesn't work on IBM i 7.6)?
