Re: Will Java 21 make it to IBM i 7.5?

Hi Richard

The version 8 thing has to do with Oracle and people still using it. 
Their extended support of 8 ends in 2030.

I checked the pages that say what is supported by release - I think 7.6 
does 17, 21, and 8, 7.5 lists 11, 17, and 8, according to this page -
