Add Kotlin to languages available on IBM i

Although I've only done a bit of experimentation, my initial research shows that Kotlin is a supported (even if not officially) language on IBM i. The Kotlin compiler generates JVM bytecode, so it will run anywhere Java is supported. https://kotlinlang.org/ I started learning Kotlin in my last job, when developing apps for Android scanners, and found I liked it a lot.
