Observability in CL programs

We have several command processing programs whose source has somehow been lost, and they have also been compiled so as not to allow retrieval of the CL source. However, they all have full observability. I believe this means that the MI source program or, the MI program template, is "visible" within the CL program object, but not the original CL source program. So "visibility" will not allow CL source retrieval. Correct? Appreciate clarification from the group.
