Maybe I'm confused here, but is the OP asking for a new copy of a front-end
to the QPRCRTPG API other than Leif's original? I have my own hand-written
program (written in either COBOL, RPG and PL/I  - don't ask why I have 3
different copies of the same program in different languages!). Not exactly
the same as Leif's, but it works fine. If anyone wants the source, they can
have it. Of course, you all have your own copies of the same thing, but I
like to share... Includes a CRTMIPGM command with all the options etc...
