This just gets more and more interesting. I'm not saying it is  
impossible for Rochester to have done this but it does seem unlikely.  
There must be something different that triggers this behaviour. PTF  
level is one possibility but usually this sort of structural change  
(I presume more than just the table size was moved) occurs on release  
boundaries. The WCBT is more an OS function than a LIC function.

What differences exist between the systems that exhibit this  
behaviour and those that don't? Some possibilities:

	1) AS/400 vs iSeries vs System i?
	2) Processor: Power 5 vs Power 5+ vs Power 6?
	3) LPAR: Partitioned systems vs non-partitioned?
	4) PTF levels?
