If this system has these values at a different location from another
supposedly the same (at least as far as LIC, OS and PTF level) then
there must be another field value that is the trigger for this

I wonder if there is a 'version' flag or something in this object?
Maybe the fact that the data at x'0000' in the QWCBTnn space is all
hex zeroes IS the flag that the real data is at X'1000' instead?
