More fun with native RLA SETLL on an SQL view with a WHERE clause

Anybody know the MI equivalent of *START, as in the ILE RPG statement
*START SETLL filename
???
I've just run into a dead end:
It seems that ILE RPG can take a *START on a SETLL, but doesn't produce
an OPM MI instruction stream,
and OPM RPG can give me an OPM MI instruction stream, but can't take a
*START on a SETLL (or a *LOVAL on an RRN-mode SETLL).
(See my latest "More fun with native RLA" messages on the Midrange list
for more of the circumstances.)
