Have you tried to put both sizes DSPSIZ(*DS3 *DS4) in the display?you can even condition in the DSPF if you want different positions for according to the screen size.
There is even DSPMOD at the record level, dunno how it interact with a window though...

No luck with the dummy ASSUME record.
One of the guys here noticed that the main *DSPF is 24x80 while the
secondary is 27x132. As a test, I made them both 27x132 and it worked.
