Program compile information

I have a program where the source instructs the developer to compile it 
using the FIXNBR parameter being set to *ZONED and *INPUTPACKED. How can I 
tell if the program was compiled with those options? I have looked at 
DSPPGM and don't see where this option is shown. Is there another place I 
should be looking?
