The cminusminus rsync server appears to be blocked:

    housel ~/src % rsync rsync://rsync.cminusminus.org/
    rsync: connection unexpectedly closed (0 bytes received so far) 
[receiver]
    rsync error: error in rsync protocol data stream (code 12) at io.c(472) 
[receiver=2.6.8]

(The snapshot tarballs are still working fine, though.)

Also, is there a version of \-RTL available newer than May 30 2000?
