Chris,

It's always good to see that you're willing to advertise LLVM on the
C-- list :-)

If you want to engage functional programmers, you're not publishing in
the right places.  PLDI gave up on functional programming long ago,
and therefore many functional programmers no longer pay much attention
to PLDI.
