[C--] how to debug qc--

Hi,

I try to use ocamldebug to trace the execution of qc--, however it seems 
the noweb format complicates the job. I cannot setup a break point in 
.nw files. But if I setup a break point in the generated .ml files, the 
debugger still cannot stop at the desired program point.  I believe 
there is a way to generate .ml file without line directives. Any 
suggestion how to do it?
