Released: OCaml version 4.02.3

Dear OCaml users,

We have the pleasure of celebrating the anniversary of the first
transatlantic telegraph cable by announcing the release of
OCaml version 4.02.3.
This is mainly a bug-fix release, see the list of changes below.

It is (or soon will be) available as an OPAM switch, or as a source
