not me!  that's the most beautiful aspect of joy.  in
XY i provide two operators, enclose and disclose.  enclose
of a quotation returns a function atom; disclose of a
function atom returns a quotation.  as i argued back
then, it's convenient to be able to "bottom out" at
the function level in recursions over quotations whose
outer structure is container-like and whose leaves are
function-like.  of course, this distinction is entirely
in the programmer's mind, but it's useful to be able to
mark it in the code.
