Problem using DirectX with Delphi.NET

Dear All,

I've downloaded some DirectX tutorials for Delphi.NET from CodeCenter.
In that tutorials they have used Microsoft.DirectX and
Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D assemblies. Though these assemblies and 
the framework i've installed in my pc are same these tutorials are 
not working on my pc.

Can anyone help me how to run these tutorials?
