CreateResRec is undefined?

I downloaded the latest JVCL and JCL packages from sourceforge.  When
I try to compile my application, all the JEDI files result with the
compiler error:

Undeclared identifier: 'CreateResRec'

Can anyone help me here?  I did a complete GREP through all the files
of both packages and could not find it being defined anywhere.  In
JclBase.pas, EJclError does not have a method named 'CreateResRec',
which is where I expected to find it.

Also, what happened to the JEDI usenet groups?  I forgot the news
server and group names.  If someone could provide these I'd
appreciate it.
