Who should be the leader.

Everyone,
 
It is just my third day after which I joined your (now our) "Joint Endeavor". I just red the story about our passed-path but still blind of who did what. But whats clear is everything, who ever done, has been done so perfectly. Though I dont believe its a one-man-show, who acted as the president during the time those excellent work carried out, should be kept some more as the president, I strongly believe. Can any one of you tell me a reason to throw a pencil out, which is still long and writing well, if some one draws a lineart???
