Very much so!  Any general questions about Project JEDI are welcome.  In fact 
this is the site on which we conduct our annual director election.

Actually we have two main sites: the original one (to which I think you are 
referring, located at http://www.delphi-jedi.org/) and the one hosted by 
Borland (which contains more recent updates at 
http://homepages.borland.com/jedi/cms/modules/news/).  The latter is managed by Matthias Thoma whose e-mail is 
[email protected].
