Installing JCL on Delphi 2005

Hi

Could anyone point me in a direction where to get some help on 
installing JCL on Delphi 2005.

I have tried ti use the installer, but it tells me it failed without 
explaining why. 

There is also no concise clue as to why it failed in the Log file.

Any help would be appreciated.
