The "Spirt of Delphi" Award is still given out every year at the US Borland Conference.  Last year's winner was Nick Hodges (Team B).

I think local Borland shops should give out the award, and I agree it could be publicized much better.

PS: When I met with three other Delphians in Berlin 2 months ago we spoke
about the "Delphi Spirit Award" which was granted to Robert (M.) - one of
those three - in 2001 or so. And whether it still existed. Seems it does
not.
