tstringlist clearing bug or ... !?

 As i finished my little program, i've started testing and stumbled
over an exception caused by call to Clear method while TStringList
was still empty. Isn't this call supposed to be safe like Free is ?

 I'll add checking to bypass exception, but this shouldn't happen,
right ?
