Supporting SDI & MDI

Hi All,

Does anyone have any tips on how to provide support within an app for
either SDI OR MDI (according to individual user preference).

The reason is that I have a leagacy MDI app that is now SDI and I'd
like to offer users the option to stay on MDI if they want to.
