Marcel, > Maybe Rudy, but if none company have interest to acquire that products? > Indeed. Now that is a most interesting question!!! There's been a lot of discussion of Borland open sourcing Delphi, and I admit I have been back and forth on that one. The one Open Source idea (from [email protected]) that seemed to make some sense was dividing Delphi into chunks, the compiler in one, the IDE in another, the standard VCL in a third (suggesting that the JVCL would be happy to handle this) and the remainder of the VCL in another. I thought about (and am still considering) forwarding the post to someone at Borland. I cannot help but wonder what is behind this decision, how will thought out the move is, and if they possibly have interested parties willing to pay what they might be asking. So many questions, so much uncertainty. Best wishes, Alan C. Moore [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] Yahoo!
