Delphi 2005 building problem

Hello All , 
   
  My application is in delphi3 .. I want to put into delphi 2005 but i am unable to compile it properly.. . i am able to compile half part of project but there r some userbuild library , I add that also in my project but still i am not getting proper output... How to include it?
