Vcl problem while migrating from delphi3 to delphi2006

  Hi,
I am trying to migrate Delphi3 project in Delphi2005.
But cann't successfuly being able to do it.
it says 'vcl30' not found as compile time error.
to remove this, In Project | options | packages |
Build with run-time packages | i replaced vcl30 with
vcl.
this removes my vcl30 problem here,
But...
while running project, there is run-time exception,
"Access violation at address..... in module
'vcl30.bpl'. read of address...."
Can anyone tell me why it is calling still vcl30.bpl,
even after i m running it from delphi2005 IDE.
is there any hidden files or anything that is still
calling vcl30 instead of vcl?
Any help from this side would greatly be
apprreiciated.
