Problem to install jvcl

I instlled jcl normally but I cna't get to install the jvcl. The
installer says that no find the installation of jcl.

I put everything in path o system in control panel as the directory
bin of Delphi.

When I try with build.exe I received the message:=20
Fatal: unable to execute command: echo
** error 1 ** erasing resources
press enter to continue
