A wiki was created some months ago, few pages have been written since 
its creation but it contains updated content to access source repository

http://homepages.borland.com/jedi/wiki/index.php?title=Repository

It contains only pages about the Code Library and the Visual Component 
Library but other project members are able to create their own pages too.
What is the opinion of the Steering Team about this tool?
