I cannot find PKCS#11 translated header

Hi..
I=B4m trying to develop a cryptographic software for health care.
We=B4re trying to use Smart Cards for electronic signature and cryptography=
.
I was trying to find a PKCS#11 translation to be used with Delphi.=20
The most of Google=B4s links lead me to Jedi group but I cannot find
this file.
Where I need to go?
