I get those emails from time to time, but I may have missed some thinking
they were spam (and yes, I get a lot of that from that address always to
"director"). But I do try to respond to all of them.

Great! The project is not as active as it once was, but we have some very
strong project such as JVCL and JCL. I would check the projects on Sourceforge
to see where help might be needed.

On the first question we have had just a few changes in recent years, but I
think it is time I put together a report with all of this information. Thanks
for the nudge! Sourceforge lists all of the administrators of the various
projects with emails, and that is probably the easiest way to reach folks. On
the sites, I am not certain that either one is more official than the other, but
I don't think either has been updated much in recent months, to be honest.
