Microsoft Fax API

I want to send a fax using the Microsoft Fax API.
(Set the phone number, cover page etc.. in code)

I found the header file on the Delphi-Jedi site
ftp://delphi-jedi.org/api/win32api.zip

but i don't know how to send a fax using them.
Is there somebody who has experience with this?
