Correct. I already have in-house translations for stuff that I need,
but I'm involved in trying to get together a public translation of the
Cakewalk DXi SDK 2 and necessary supporting files (DirectShow stuff).
It makes sense that these shouldn't create duplicate public
translations so I was investigating what is currently out there. Right
now it seems just as likely that I could be arranging new submissions
and clearing up licensing for them...

I am the boss and project leader so no problem there. I'm familiar
with the MSIE About box also. I'm just seeking some boilerplate to
appropriate :)
