You need to run exe?
Here you are example


Var St:Array[0..255] of char; // add this before begin to create variable


ShellExecute(0,'open',StrPCopy(St,'notepad.exe'),nil,nil,SW_SHOW); // and 
add this line to run the program

This code will launch notepad on your system insted of notepad you can type 
path to another program or try
typing Internet URL e.g. mailto:[email protected] this will open Outlook 
Express with new mesage to me
also you can open web page e.g http://www.ptt.yu/korisnici/i/v/ivanstan. I
