URGENT BCD Overflow error

Hi all, 
 
This morning one of my apps that was working perfectly well has 
started to crash, giving the following error "BCD Overflow"   
 
I have no idea where to start looking, any one point out where the 
problem might be? 
 
The app, is a db app, hooked to a mysql backend, im using kylix2 
professional, new installation, no patches (are there any?)
