You can try FreePascal, a free multiplatform pascal compiler, which
also has a CRT unit. It can build console or GUI applications, though
for GUI app you'll need more efforts. The IDE mimics the famous
Turbo/Borland Pascal IDE. It supports almost all popular OSes such as
DOS, Windows, Linux, FreeBSD, etc. It also compatibles with Kylix,
Delphi, Turbo/Borland Pascal, ANSI Pascal, etc. The most interesting
me is, it also has the Graph unit on Linux. :)

Hi,

Does anybody know what happened to the old BORLAND PASCAL CRT LIBRARY?
I really could use some of the functions in there (like printing
coloured text to the console and creating the old style MS DOS
windows) or even drawing a graph to the console...

If you have any ideea about how I could access these functions under
Kylix/Delphi I would very much appreciate it.
