Dear Sirs,

I'm running an application that has to look on a floppy disk for some data.
Since I cannont mount the floppy by the time the start-up shell script is run,
I need to be able to temporary "mount" the floppy, read its contents and
"umount" it from inside my program.
I was wondering if something like the following was available:

Function MountDev(devpath:pchar; mountpoint:pchar):Integer;
Function UMountDev(devname:pchar):Integer;

Or, at least, some clues to write them using any LibC (still obscure 2 me)
kernel trap...

TIA
Batman
