I've not seen official word, but it doesn't appear like that much development 
is being invested in Kylix anymore.

The new C++ BuilderX environment is cross platform, but as far as I know does 
not use Qt.  As for Delphi under Linux, who knows.  It certainly seems that 
Delphi is now focussed on .NET on the Windows side, so I guess that spells 
bad news for Linux.
