Regions seems strange

In Delphi I create regioned windows controls ...
but here - in Kylix some is incorect in all my trying ...

Please if someone succeed in creation of region ...

And what the ... is the 'Desktop' {or 'Screan' - I do not remember 
exactly - I type it under Windows , ad forgot it ... :) }
in SetRegion function ?
