You've got two options:

1: stick with Windows and Delphi. 

2: Move to Linux and consider making a fresh start with a different
set of software tools.

It's hard to offer much help without knowing at least a little about
your needs.  

Do you need cross-platform support, or is this a one way migration?  

How many project developers do you have working on this project?

What kind of development are you doing?   Standalone applications? 
Web services?  Database clients? 

What level of support service do you require from a framework provider?


Personally, I gave up on Delphi and Kylix, and moved to C++ and the
JUCE UI framework.  I can write a single application and have it
compile effortlessly on Linux, Windows, and Mac, which is what I need.
 The obvious competitor for this functionality is Qt, but the JUCE
license is far cheaper and far more flexible than that of Qt.  Support
is minimal in comparison to Qt, however, but for me personally, this
is not an issue.   

It was a painful jump at first, but six months later I'm wishing I had
made it years ago.
