Have you made sure that your function declaration is the same as the one
when the DLL was compiled?

i.e. if the DLL was compiled to be called from C++, your function must have
the word  just after it.
If the DLL was compiled with the StdCall, same on the Delphi side.


btw, "Export" has no effect in 32 bit programs according to the help file.
