Delphi 7 registration problem

Hi, I had the annoying problem with the d7reg exe on a persons machine. It falls over straight away with an access violation followed by a runtime error of 217. I had tried the d7reg.exe upgrade, and chaning the video driver and changing the display settings but it still falls over. we can not get Delphi to run on this machine until i fix this problem. any help? --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!?
