Hi, guys,

Here is the stuff - its just really the most basic, but could save some
time.

Off to England for a few weeks so won't be answering emails during that time
- if there's any mail to me, I'll be sure to get round to answering it in
August.

PS as you can see, a lot of ppl have been given this zip file, so I guess if
I made any major mistakes, you could email the other guys... except for the
3 guys in the "To" list for the below email, all of you are on the same
