open microsoft access create the database. save the
database as mydatabase open project your working on
making sure that form 1 is showing add a data  source
and an adoquery oon it these can be found on the  bar
at the top of the delphi project click on the adoquery
component and then click on the connection string
property noow click on the ellipsis that appears in
the connection string property then click on build
choose the 

microsoft jet 4.0 ole db provider 
and then click next click on the ellipsis 
and select mydatabase i mean the database you aRE
WORKING ON THE ONE YOU JUST CREATED 
remove the admin users name and 
make sure 
blank password option is checked 
click the test connection 
close this dialogue 
and 
close the connection string by clicking 
ok
now click on the sql property
and type   select * mydatabase and then set the
adoquery to true and you should be able to code your
program with adoqueries i think
