Error posting new records on Firebird

Hello guys, i'm a new firebird user, and i'm having some problems about new records and updates. The problem is: The application is running on a network with 3 computers and the server. The server is a win98. When any of the machines posts a new record or update a record the other machines must close the app and open it again, so they can se the new/updated record. Does anyone know how to solve this. As i told you, i'm a new user on firebird.
