Try "read_committed", instead of "consistency". Also, I would suggest
that you start looking for another component set to use with Firebird.
Because IBX will not always be compatible with Firebird, time-frame
unknown.  I use IBObjects ( www.ibobjects.com ).

And, if you have specific questions in regards to Firebird, you can
ask the questions on the "firebird-support" group, on Yahoo Groups.

Also, you can search on IB Phoenix website( www.ibphoenix.com ) for
certain explanation, i.e.: the differences between the type of
transactions. And, you'll also find on IB Phoenix, tools and
alternative component sets (freeware and shareware).
