Loop through values of variables

I am relatively new to Delphi. I have an edit box which requires the user to enter 6 numbers separated by '/'. Each number is assigned to a variable (say count1 through to count6). Could you help me to create a loop that will create all the combinations from the 6 random numbers that are only 3 digits long. IOW if the numbers entered were 5/14/18/27/32/38, then the first combination will be 5/14/18... all the way to the last which will be 27/32/38. Perhaps there is some better way of doing it...
