Code Profiler

I am wondering if anyone knows of a decent tool, preferably freeware,
that can profile a project, what I want to see is how many lines of code
from which unit is used what the code size of those lines, etc so you
can profile which units is hogging the most space in your app and maybe
follow the dependencies.
 
Determining the code sizes will probably be hard since the checker must
actually be able to compile the code, so maybe that is a bit harder,
To simply check the number of lines I guess could be obtained from the
map file. Secondly a code parser will have to be used to actually
determine the dependencies.
 
Anything that does any of this will help thanks.
