Let me add that if you are going to pretend to be someone else (ie Dr
Raymond Diamond), it would be best to post messages in his name, not your
own, Mr Gregory Keyock.

That is my Top Tip for the day. Can we ignore this troll now?

Sorry, I can't resist responding to this e-mail. I don't even care
who posted it but it does warrant concern since this is the type of
irresponsible position that spammers take when confronted.

This is a group for Delphi developers. Your original post regarding
the fantastic new group that you now have was nothing more than group
spam for commercial purposes. You can call it an invitation if you
want, but it's nothing more than a cheap way for you to gain members
to a commercial group for commercial purposes. This group has
absolutely no commercial purpose at all and it is assembled soley to
provide support to other developers. You are apparently here for
other reasons.

Before you submit any other spam to the group, I would suggest that
you take your law degree and use it to review the spam laws of each
state. I am very familiar with these laws and the message you sent
provided no way for me to escape or be removed from your spam. In my
state, spam must be accompanied with the abbreviation ADV in the
header so I know to delete it. My spam program is established to
delete such e-mails and your commercial spam was allowed to pass
because you didn't conform to the law.

And before you use the term "cease and desist" as a legal term to
attempt to challenge a group of people with minimal legal experience,
I would like to remind you that using such a term in and of itself is
considered a threat when used improperly.

I'm not a list moderator, but if I was, I would delete everything
related to your spam to join your commercial group. Honestly, you
should be ashamed of yourself trying to twist the truth.

And by the way, I find your term "electronic notarization" very
impressive, although it's false. Dust off your law school books and
read up on notary guidelines. In the MIS world, we call it a time
stamp.

Have a nice day and please take me off your spam list.

Kevin
