kylix3 "+AltGr +Turkish" character problem?

I cant use AltGr and Turkish chars.
(when i press these chars  ide displays them red marked with space)
(when i press ALtgr it dispalys a  char = I >> so unable to display
special chars like "#\[]{}")

can anybody help me ?
